What are throttle bodies??

    Just wondering what these are/ what they do and how they increase performance. Are they the same as itg's??

    itg make air filters

    itb's are Individual throttle bodies. where each inlet port of the engine (i.e. one per cylinder) gets it's own throttle body (a tube with a butterfly flap in it) and it's own fuel injector. instead of one throttle body feeding a plenum chamber like most fuel injected cars have.

    the idea being that you can flow more air through itb's.

    they work and they sound fantastic.

    Yeah I can second that they sound amazing. Really really loud and rorty as hell :)
