    Hi,

    I have a 1.4 mk3 and am currently putting a 2.0 8V AGG engine in to it.

I've gotten to the point now i'm putting the driveshafts in, I was under the impression I could use the driveshafts from the 1.4 but they don't match up at the gearbox side.

(Hub side is fine as 4x100 hubs, to keep wheels etc)

I can't take the drive flange from the 1.4 as its a different mount than the 2.0L flange.

So my question is, what flange can I use on the 2.0L gearbox to allow me to use the 1.4L driveshafts?
Or is there a different driveshaft that matches the bolt pattern on the 2.0 and the spline type on the 1.4 hubs?

    Thanks in advance!

But the splines on the 1.4 hubs are a different pattern to the hubs/driveshaft on the gti axles?
The axles won't fit in the hub

the mk3 5 stud shafts would fit the hubs if you swapped 100mm 4 stud mk2 or mk3 outer cvs over, or for a direct swap you can use 1.8-2.0 8v 4 stud shafts, excluding n/a diesel.

yes the TD and TDI mk3 shafts will be fine, its only the n/a diesel ones which are no use as they're 90mm inners
