I was actually embaressed watching that! Sounded like someone had mixed a "home movie" in with the engine noises! People like that cause accidents, no need for it but as has been said, they are american!
To be fair, they seemed to have no idea he was following and they didnt indicate or move to let him through. Once he was through he made a fair old gap. That does not excuse the ridiculous comments though!
