I'm after a decent Inspection lamp.... Ideally an LED one that has a decent battery life?...

One that'll take a fair bit of abuse and not give up in the rain.... Magnetic base a bonus so it'll stick on Truck chassis or Bus Frames etc....

Seen some decent ring stuff on Amazon but undecided.

    What you guys using?... TIA:thumbup:

Got a big snap on one from costco really good big magnet long battery life
A fitter told me he left his on chassis of a unit he was sorting ,left it on it by accident 500 miles later it was still there[:D]
Costco was doing some small ones 3 for 15 ish but no way as good as the big one don't know where to get big one from now but shouldn't be to hard to find good hunting it's not rechargeable but charger and batteries cheap from tool station and you can always have a spare set so lamp will always work:idea:lol

Aldi LED rechargeable off the mains, then unplug to use. TUV approved (60 LED's IIRC)
Cheap and does the job for me.
Aldi get them in now and again, just got to get one when you can.

I use the snap on one as mentioned from Costco. Good magnet on it and have dropped it a few times and it still goes on!

I'm a bit of a torch freak and have various inspection lamps and head torches as well as hand torches
Most are made by Led Lenser
I have 4 at home and 3 at work , plus a few scattered about
I have no idea why I love a good light !
