Ok then if i were getting custom pistons made up for application of boosted 16v stroke is fixed by crank at i think 86mm, engine would be 1.6 litres +ish what is the ideal Compression ratio? discuss....
what power you aiming at what boost what method of controlling the engine? (ecu type and features for example)

The best CR for most people with a modern setup (modern fuel, recent turbo's, etc) is 9:1 This allows you to have a better spoolup, better downlow torque in low rpm's (offboost), better performance at lower boost levels (in other words, no need to run crazy boost levels, when it comes to boost, higher is not always better).
