    I've just been to the body shop! And there getting on great looks like there doing a really good job from what i can see [:D]

    Oh and Andy there using axle stands on the rear beem is that OK WITH YOU!!?? :lol:

    As for the garage work it looks shit, my 2tone driver looks miles better but i supose it is MINE and if its not mine then its fucking shit!!

    I heard its easy to bend axle by jacking in the middle, especially with 2 fat birds in back seat. [:$]

    Its section is not designed to give it this type of strength. However, it is designed to give it more lateral strength than the stub axle, so if, say the back end steps out at speed and smacks a curb it'll be the stub that bends first, in effect saving the axle.

    Bet he was talking sh1t tho, im a sucker for a nice storyline.

    :lol: Andy is right actually you will bend the rear beam, should only jack it up on the jacking points or directly under where the rear sus bolts to. Well thats what the hanes manual etc say. ;)


    Anyhow but lee she looks likes she's coming on a treat how long do they reckon it will take? They going back to bear metal or not? [:D]

    If I put my car into a bodyshop and they jacked it on the rear beam like that, i'd go mental! You'd be suprised how easy those rear axles bend.
