Whats the diffrence with the normal Mk 5 GTi engine and the edition 30 engine, as ive noticed you can get much more power out of the Edition 30 much more easily than the standard GTi, is it the internals???
yes the internal are slighty different, ED30 is more of a de tuned S3 motor hence the more power from the factory yes the GTI can be tuned to same as ED30 but i feel it's on its limit, Never had the two together but breathing may be different (inlet tracks/ turbo)
