After alot of deliberation I have finally decided that my next car will be a MK4 gti, 1.8T. I had thought mk3 16v GTi, but I would rather have a newer (quicker?) model.

Few months off yet but i'm trying to think of what wheels look good on them?

I was wanting some TSW Kyalamis for my Mk3 (before I decided to not bother spending money on it and save for next car) and I like these but not too sure how they would look.

I do like that style though, and I like the Audi multispokes too...

Some pics of your Mk4s appreciated [:D]

Look on UK-MKIV's Chris, there's not many mk4's on here, though if you search out the pics of PhatVR6's 4mo with R32 bits, that looks extremely 'phat' on the BBS rims he has.

By the way, I probably will want to go for some Audi wheels - where sells them? Are the replica wheels worth a look, or should they be avoided? How much do second hand anni wheels go for?

    Thats really smart Tim!

I would have thought a 30/35mm drop could be done with no bother to be honest, lots of people do it without any real bother!

Not sure if the gtis have wider arches though

Yeah ebay is saturated with audi RS4/6 and A8 rims now!

    But still gotta love'em! [:D]

Other wheels i like on a mk4 are the anniversary rims!

I reckon a set of 18inch TSW pace or Mille Migule T12's will look smart! [:$]

I love the anni rims but my god, how expensive!!

Not seen any replicas either, any ideas?

I like the TSW pace but for the price of the 18s with tyres i'd rather have the R32 replicas.

By the way, on a non styling topic, does the 20VT engine have 5 cylinders or 4?

I'm after a Bora and like the look of the Audi wheels so will be buying them from here unless I can find them cheaper elsewhere, I live quite local to them so will save on postage. [:D]

Seems good will take a look there nearer the time!

Can someone give me a quick run down of tyre ratings?

Like mine at the mo are 195/50/R 15 (i think, something like that anyway)

I get the figures, but what does the R mean? I've seen ZR, AA, etc

    What's that all about?

    They look ace matey.

I saw some black RS4s on eBay and thought they looked smart! Those black r32s are lovely too.

I bet those LMs cost a pretty penny!

Off topic, but has someone taken a disliking to your rear door??
