Polished estorils. Not too common, especially when they have bee refurbed to that standard. With good tyres your looking at 200-400 I'd say. I have just taken mine off for winter and put on my bbs ra's.
Those two sets look different! Has the top ones had the lip of the spokes machined off or something? top one looks better imo
