such a clean mk2 very nice...hmmmmm its very difficult actually..i cant put it on the rear screen top middle as i have a brake light there so will be in the way..iam think front near the tax disc or having looked at your mk2 on the rear view mirror i think ill do that and be a bit different

 

top middle of the windscreen is worth 15bhp i heard

 

true but more importantly its worth about 30 torques in an 8v only 20ish for a 16v

ive still got my cgti sticker sat in doors. ill get it on the car eventually. car really needs to be cleaned first.

must get it centred, dont want torque steer

i have two. one of the blue ones in the back window - right hand side
and a silver one on top left of windscreen

 

I've got two too,
One centre of the rear screen at the top and the other centre at the top of the windscreen.

 

my old mk2 had the tax disc holder, centre of windscreen and bottom left of rear screen.

that had infinity torque + 45lbft and better mpg

 

IMO, etched one top centre of windscreen, colour one bottom centre of rear screen.

 

Mine used to sit above my tax disc.
Until it started to peel off.

 

Best Place To put Your Club GTi Sticker?

Just going to put my club sticker in my car was thinking of putting it in the bottom right rear window was just going to ask were other people but theirs and where the best place would be for other club members to see it

 

best place is deffo behind the rear view mirror on the windscreen!
