Where is weighted shift rod?

On a mk3? Went to the scrappy earlier and there was an ABF and 1.8 passant in, but couldn't see it anywhere in the engine, thought it would be easy to spot the linkage like n a mk2? Felt like a right pillock

Has anyone got a pic of where t look?

You won't find one on an ABF mk3, as it has a cable change box. You need to find one with an 020 box, then you'll see it no problems, it's right above the gearbox.

 

You can see it here mate, just left of the clutch cable
