Which Camshaft? twin carbs

Which camshaft would work best with twin dellorto 40 carbs and probably a 2.0 ltr bottom end/1.8 cylinder head?

 

first off how many do you need?

1 or 2?

 

hi tim, sorry its for an 8v mk2 cylinder head so just the one mate

 

anything above 268 would be good, if it a hydro head then 290 is the limit.
