Need to make a decision for my '91 Jetta 1.6 TD.

Engine is very highly tuned, but I really need tolerable cruising ability out of it.

I have been thinking to put in G60 front and rear mounts and a VR6 transmission mount.
As these are hydraulic, they should be easy on vibration, but still designed for the higher-powered versions -> should keep the engine in place better
    than the softer diesel mounts.

I used stock mounts filled with Sikaflex on my gasser Jetta, but that was too harsh even with the gas engine.

Hopefully someone has good information on this and even personal experience.

    Give me your suggestion, please!

in my personal experience... go for OEM mounts... forget poly, and hardened rubber if you want quiet mounts go for original vw hydro up front and gearbox and the solid rubber for the left engine mount.
