Which gearbox oil should i use.

Ive just had to put a new box in my mk2 16v and was wondering what gearbox oil i should use. I think id like to use the redline stuff but not sure which to buy. Oh and how much will i need to fill an empty box?

Last time i used the one with a yellow sticker SAE 70W80 API GL-4. Is this the right one?

 

the one from vw shold only cost about 5 from vw
