which insurance company will.....

...do a 19 year old a policy where they are covered 3rd party on other peoples cars?
norwich union used to do that policy but stopped in december...

any one got a clue?

Not many - most only do it once you are 21/25......

 

CIS used to, but doubt they do anymore. Most insurers have been burnt pretty hard on young drivers using Driving other cars cover.
