Yep,depends what tyres you're going to run, the Clio slicks we use are best suited to a 6.5" - 7" rim - I used them on G60 steels 6" at Donington and they moved around a fair bit Interseting point about the pro-race1s , RobT uses 15s and runs 310mm Wilwood brakes behind them.
good stuff havent looked into brake set up too much yet,but was thinking wilwood midilite calipers and 280's,with rear discs and fly off hydraulic handbrake somehow cheers m8.
Have you got a figure for the 15" TD PR1? Kosei K-1 Racing TS version are 4.8Kg in 15x7 When I looked up TD PR1 the only data I could get was on the USA site and on a 7x17 at highest offset they were 2.3Kg more than a 7x17 racing TS version.
I like no1, but not too much because if I paid $$$ for a set of custom rims, I would want some exclusivity I did however vote no2, because they look like MIM 1900's but with a better dish and in split rim form But now I really like no3! I change my decision from no2 to no3! They would look awesome on a black mk1.
cheers fella! what do you mean exclusivity with no.1? yeah,no 2 are a bit mimish! could someone possibly make the background on all 3 pics the same? please,i really am totally un decided Edited by: riley
By exclusivity I mean that PLS also make rims which are similar to no1. No2 only looks a bit like mim's, whereas no3 looks individual (unique)
If it was me i'd go for no.1 but without the black espiecially if u gona fit them to a black car. Thats just me tho.
