who likes the kooks?

hi all heard the kooks album the other day. "loody awsome"sounds so summery
gotta be the band of the moment .

 

I like them, think my brothers got the cd so i think i'l put it on my ipod.
They're trying to take over where the libertines left off.

 

They are awful. My friend was supporting them recently and the were so up themselves. A few ok tracks but on a whole, a very disposable album. I wouldnt dream of comparing them to the Libs.

 

I quite like their stuff out at the moment as do others i have spoken too.

 

Hey, as I always say, if we all liked the same stuff, the world would be a boring place.

 

Top stuff IMO very talented

 

2-3 decent tracks on the whole album ("see the world" is great), the rest makes average background music imo.

 

i like the current single alot , although awaiting the dirty pretty things album , i finf these better than the libertines as docherty has gone off on his own tangent the dpt seem to **** him off on their b sides of singles and i like the style they play.

 

The lead singer of the Kooks is trying to be/look like Pete D..... i hate the libs so i dont really care!

 

Sounds just like the Gorilla's album.

 

Hated them 1st time i heard, thought they sounded like a bunch of farmers! i cldnt have been more wrong, after a few listenings they really grew on me! cant get enuff of the album nearly ever track is a hit! !jakie big tits!

 

I thought he had a stupid singing accent too...

 

lol, they have really grown on me thou, so i made every1 else i know listen to em!

 

Give Larrikin Love a listen if youi want to hear the band than can replace the Libs. Awesome band.

 

kooks kick ass. better than any pop/rnb/dance/rap **** any day of the week
