Why You Need A Cage At The Ring

Apologies if this is a repost. Accident this year in the Mini Cooper race at the Nurburgring. I beleive the crash happened at Schwedenkreuz which if you've ever driven the 'Ring you'll appreciate is bloody fast.

Yep, Schwedenkreuz - dodgy fast section, even without a nudge off another car.

i,d make sure the tw@t who nudged me needed a reshell too!!

 

That's not good!! Looks like he may have slightly over cooked it before the nudge but I bet that didn't help!

 

I'd say he was going to overtake but the car behind just whacked him off, not good.

All you need is a bit of t-cut!

 

Bring it around my house, i will have that shell sorted in no time with my trusty toffee hammer and some filler.

 

going to the ring next year hopefully might invest in a cage looks like a safe option
