A man was in a terrible state as his wife had been in a coma for months and the doctors had asked him to think about turning off the life support systems as there was nothing more they could do for her. He decided that before making the decision, he would spend some time alone with her. While sitting at the side of the bed, he thought that instead of holding her hand as he usually did, he would stroke her left breast. When he did so, she let out a little sigh. On hearing this he ran to the doctor and told him what had happened. The doc said that that sounded promising so why did he not try and see what happened when he massaged her right breast. The husband went in and did this, and got the same result. On telling the doc, he said, this is very promising, now why dont you go in and try oral sex and see what sort of response you get. Of course the doc said he would stay outside rather than intrude on an intimate moment. Fifteen minutes later the husband came back out in floods of tears and totally inconsolable. The doc calmed him down and asked what was wrong. Shes gone wailed the man, to which the doc asked why what happened?. She choked was his response
