will 16 inch wheels fit a vento

    does anybody know if 16 inch wheels will fit a mk3 vento/golf, the car is on standard suspension and the offset of the wheels is 38.

    ive got 16x9's et -15 on my mk2 lowered 60/40 [:p]!

    I'm running my Mk3 on 16x7s ET40 and lowered by 35mm with no problems.

    I'm running 205 17s on mine lowered 40 at the rear and 60 at the front with no probs at all
