Will a 91 corrado gearbox fit 92 mk2 golf

    Afternoon people.



    Im in need of a gearbox and i want it cheaply as possible. Ive seen a corrado 1.8 16v code AGC part number 02A. Will it fit my Mk2 golf 1.8 16v 1992?

    I wouldn't have thought so as the Corrado is cable change where as the golf is rod change.

    It is possible but not a straight swap.

    Oh and the Corrado has a hydrulic clutch.
