Centre caps make 'em look better, but I've always liked G60/Corrado/PassatGT wheels.

They look fine mate, and even if they didn't, they look one hell of a lot better than have coroded wheels when the summer rolls round again. (if it ever does!)

The wheels look fine. But the centre caps dp finish them off better.

However if anything looks [xx(] its that horrid orange side repeater! [:s]

Thanks for the replies - sounds like the wheels aren't too bad then! [:D]

I'm after the centre caps if anyone knows where I can get them second hand, bit expensive new from VW. [:s]

As for the side repeaters - what should I have on there instead of orange ones? They are nearly falling off anyway so due for replacement!

The wheels look good Stu! And maybe it's my weird taste again but I prefer them without the centre caps!

Smoked side repeaters, it's the only way!

Looking good Stu, I bet there easy to clean than the RA's!!, I think the centre caps would finish them off nicely I've seen a few sets on on-line auctions, your MKII's got a good ride height looks just right. Agree with the comments above you need to change the indicators, the front ones though  get some orange ones in there

Yeah the wheels are much easier to clean than the RA's thank God!

Pete - Are my front smoked indicators not standard then? Oh dear me... must change them back to orange ones! :p

Ride height is about 40mm lower than a standard 16v... it loves speed bumps! [:s]

No to sure to be honest Stu, all the press literature I have seen from the time about the 16 valve feature orange front and side indicators, however I have heard that smoked where a dealer fit option on the continent towards the end of MKII production so perhaps they were here to. I think both suit the MKII though. Speeds humps, they get me to [:^(] usually on the exhaust [:x]

Fair enough Pete, I like the smoked front indicators too so I'll keep them 'non standard'! Might change the side repeaters to match, you never know.

Speed bumps like my exhaust as well, they have a two pronged attack method - first the spoiler, then the exhaust... buggers! :p

Yeh i'd say smoked with oak green, i've gone crystal all round but don't think it suits darker cars as well. They aren't expensive the smoked repeaters get them from your local GSF.
