    Hi Guys,

I only noticed the other day that my MK2 golf doesnt have an intermitten wiper mode and only has the 2 faster speeds, it looks like it perminently sticks where the intermittent wiper should operate but wont click back to standard position. Do i need to replace the full stalk or is it something else?

    Thanks

    John

WAIT!! Funnily enough I found it to be as simple as badly located relay!! Check the position of the wiper relay in the fuse box too before you spend money...

If it doesn't push down, take the wheel off and have a look at the stalk, some VWs had a piece of plastic wedged in there to prevent you turning on intermittant. Don't ask me why, but they did [:D]
