Spent most of the day (well the part I was awake in) working on my 16v mk2 GTI. Managed to sort out the main fiddley bits I wanted to work on. However, there is all ways a problem with something isnt there..... My car came with no stereo. There are wires but they have all been cut. I've got the standard connecters, with wire stripped and ready to connect to the wires in the car...however i have one problem. I dont know which wires connect to what. I dont know which one the earth ACTUALLY is, although i could guess if i had enough fuses to waste. Infact I dont know what any of the wires in the car are for. Dont suppose anybody knows what colour wire corrosponds with what for stereo's do they? If anybody knows please pass lemme know so i can get some music in my automobile. sweet.
