    Just so you know the m3 will drive the mk2 Rev counter fine if wired up.

    I did consider that, but clocks are going for about 85 on ebay, then there is the adaptor which is about 40 to get them working.
    Currently looking to buy a new house so I would rather do it on the cheap if it is easy.

    Guessing it should be possible to just wire that gauge I linked into the ecu without any adaptors?

    I did a lumenition TB conversion with crank trigger years ago, no cam sensor and wasted spark and had to send my race counter away to be recalibrated for a 2 cyl application.
    To stop it double reading
