Wizard of NOS going in the Scirocco!

    and so it begins!

    Floor is down and cylinder bracket screwed down securely.

    Have got all new fittings, tubing from WON.

    It's just down to time as this isn't the only thing happening to the Scirocco ;)

    Hasn't been out of the garage since May 2010 when we returned from our Euro Trip.


    Engine.
    150 BHP - 140lbs/ft
    Stage 1 Ported, Polished & Gas Flowed Head.
    Kent GS2 Cam.
    Audi 2.2 Throttle Body
    Audi Warm Up Regulator.
    Power Rohr and Jetex Air Filter.
    4 Branch Supersprint Tubular Manifold.
    Jetex Exhaust System with Twin 2.5" Ovals.

    Transmission.
    5 Speed Gearbox.
    Short Shift & Weighted Rod.

    Suspension.
    Lowered by 50mm
    (Boge Dampers & Eibach Springs).
    Front Upper Strut & Lower Strut.
    Rear Upper Strut.

    Brakes.
    Rear Disc Conversion of late Mk.II Golf GTI.
    All brakes uprated to Cross Drilled Zimmerman with Pagid Pads.
    Goodridge 6 Line Braided Hoses.

    Interior.
    Interior is standard apart from 16V Dash Cluster from a Mk.II Golf.
    (0-160MPH & 0-8000RPM)
    Gauge Console with Smiths Fuel Economy & Volts - to be replaced soon
    Electric windows, Switches fitted in Arm / Door rests.
    USA Spec Indicator Stalk (This has the Cruise Control on it)

    Exterior.
    6.5 x 15" WolfRace Excite R5’s with 195 x 50 x 15 Firestone Z40's.
    10mm Spaced on Rear, 5mm Spaced on Front
    Bee Sting Ariel
    Front Kamei Grille Spoiler
    and I occasionally put the side Roof Bars on, just for show.

    Complete Powerflex Poly-Bush kit
    Front Wishbones
    Gauges x 6
    Gauges x 2 for 'A' Pillar (NOS Pressure & Fuel Pressure)
    Shift lights for Dash cluster (Put in the LED Cluster) - http://www.caraddiction.co.uk/
    Water Wetter! Apparently keeps the temperature down by 30F

    I'm sure there is a lot of other stuff but can't think what I've bought in the garage!

    Spent a small fortune buying stuff, it doesn't need it but I though, what the hell :)
