wobbly stick!!!!

    hello,

    i have a Mk2 with and 2.0 16v ABF and 02A cable change box (i think - it's from a seat)

    the car is great fun, but the stick is really quite wobbly when in gear, with about 5 cms of play front to back... (does that make sense?)

    i'm sure there must be a way to remedy this... anyone know what it is?
