Worm drive hose clips

    They're the bane of my life!!!

    What's the easiest way of removing them? And once off, can I replace them with normal hose clips?!

    You mean the clips on the CV boots?

    Break them with a flat screwdriver then replace with jubilee clips, or even zip ties :thumbup:

    Dunno about the CV boot, but they're all over the engine bay keeping the pipes together.

    on back,crap in eyes, beneath car
    mole grips are good for getting hose clips off. they clamp on and lock tight
    (so you dont need to grip hard)

    Worm drive are basically Jubilee clips...

    I think you mean the OE constant tension spring clips, much better than anything else for standard pipes and easy to work with if you have the correct tool or a good pair of waterpump pliers!
