    My gearknob and gaiter are integral like so;

    As you can see, the leather on the actual knob is worn - this is the only thing that lets down an otherwise mint interior. I considered getting another gear knob and then using the remaining undamaged leather to make a normal (non-integral) gaiter, but am unable to find a gear knob that I think goes with the interior. (I don't think that black or any silver metal finish suit it, and gold is too 'bling' for me). Trimsport have a suitable finish in door pins & handbrake handles, but not not in gear knobs.

    To the question then;

    Does anyone know if there is anywhere non-visible (under seats??) within my interior that would provide enough leather to completely re-retrim the gear knob in it's OE form? Or can you still get the same leather from somewhere?
