As this thread seams to have wandered...

On a MkI: Wheels over 15". Eye brow spoiler. Clipper kits, in fact any body kits.

On a MkII: Colour coded plastic arches and sills. Lexus rear lights. DTM exhaust. Jap style exhausts. Any rear diffuser/splitter. Smoothed boots and "Frenched" number plates (let into the rear bumper). Jetta front ends. Rallye front ends with small bumpers (seperately not a problem). Any non VAG spoiler. Any non OE wing mirrors.

Goes without saying for any car, but any dodgy paintwork or bad smoothing that has most probably cracked. Oh and anything that has been done badly, whether it's an engine install or coloured dials. If it ain't neat I ain't interested.

Anyone remember the massive Hella orange/red tailgate reflector for mk2s? Went where the number plate sits?

    Proper gash.

My car used to have one apparently, previous owner ripped it off and took a bit of paint off the tailgate

'ring sticker sorted one side out [:D]
