    Hi

I'm newly a member on here although I've been browsing the forum for quite some time now. My pride and joy is my Mk1 Golf in Helios blue that has undergone a fair amount of modification work in the past.

Currently the car is fitted with an ANF engine and KR head which is sweet as a nut. I think mainly down to the club gti forum having a large number of members converting to the 1.8t 20v, I seem to have talked myself into wanting one... Badly!

I currently have a decent condition AGU engine, all the ancillaries, the full loom and ecu from the donor car, a mk4 shifter linkage and original gearbox.

I really would like to carry out the work myself however I literally don't have the time unfortunately. I was therefore wondering, probably a bit of a long shot, but whether anyone who has had experience of the conversions in the past could carry out the work for me. I am obviously happy to pay the going rate.

Timescale wise I really am in no hurry what so ever.

Any replies would be hugely appreciated.

    Thanks

    Tom

Thanks. I've not seen many at all in Helios blue.

It's really a bit of a fine weather car to be honest but always puts a smile on my face when I get to drive it.

I live in Wimbledon but the car is currently a family member's garage in Worcestershire. I usually take it off the road through the winter.
