Would the head fit?

Hi guys,

I got a 9a engine which is going in my motor one day when i actually work out what i've got to do and i have a 6a engine sat in my garage and my mate was wondering if his PB head would fit on the 6a bottom end.

Anybody know?

It'll fit on but the valves will hit the pistons.

is there any way around that little problem or is it a definate no-go??

 

A no-go unless you fancy about 13:1 compression......
