Hi guys picked up my qpeng downpipe last inky ready for my conversion but not sure
If I should heat wrap it or not ?

Yes, it will get seriously hot behind the engine. wrap and heat proof as much as possible.

Is there anything that you can paint onto heatwrap to harden it up and keep it together?

I know you can have 'thermal coating' applied to it but that's an alternative to wrapping and it needs to be done under high temperature. Don't think you can get a hardener for it as far as i know anyways.

I have heatwrap around mine, and a thicker sleeve around the boot. Just do a neat, tight job with the wrap on the downpipe, use the correct ties and it'll be fine.
