WTB: LHD mk2 golf handbrake/ABS light

ok guys where am I likely to be able to acquire a combined ABS and handbrake light from a lhd golf, prob G60?

dealer the best option?

yeah the wide one between the switches that's just got the handbrake light on UK mk2s.

you can get different ones with extra functions, hence the width.

G60s have 2 bulbs, one for handbrake and one for ABS.

the guy i sold my rallye to has just bought one of these for it, i think his also has the indicator flasher built in as it was the only type still available from vw, his user name is kevinv if you want to send a pm.

if not look out for someone breaking a G60/Rallye thats how i got a replacement for my current G60

no I don't have a picture; but it just looks like a normal mk2 handbrake lamp but with an ABS symbol on it aswell (two symbols).

the one with the indicator symbol is for trailer indicators or something, I believe.

get the dealer to order one...they order all the bits for my ed 1....91 ed1 g60 with abs deffo has the light you describe
