Only need one cam in a 8v mate, I put a blitzchip in my old digi and it felt lean at top end, I think toyotech did some tests on these chips and im sure the results were that they underfuel and high revs, thats the last thing you want in a digi as there dead after 5000rpm anyway.

Does seem to die early might have to pop the old chip in and go for a spin on the weekend. This is the Phirms pricing to fit a Kent cam:

    Kent cam 180 (plus VAT)
    Labour - 90 (plus vat)

    Is this good?

About half an hour's labour, though you'll probably get charged the full hour. 90 is REALLY ripping the hole out of you...
