wur, what exactly does it do?

    and theres no point in adjusting anything unless you have a fuel pressure gauge!

    wow.. this doesnt really tell me much.

    where is this WUR located on a 89 16v engine (k-jetronic CIS)

    could someone post some pics of this? and of the screw people speak of adjusting?

    Jonny - on this pic of my engine you can see the WUR. It's the part to the left of the water hose on the side of the head which has two solid fuel lines to it and an electrical connector with a grey plug. Not to be confused with the bit higher up with a blue plug on it, that's the CSV (cold start valve) :)

    The screw to adjust is in the back of the unit under a brass globe which has to be carefully drilled out to access the adjustment. I wouldn't recommend altering the adjustment though without access to fuel pressure gauges to test your results as you can end up with starting and running problems.

    take it to stealth he only charged me 50 to rolling road tune/wur set up its so much easier lol
