I don't know, im just using the cable that came with the xbox 360. Or are you talking about another cable?
connecting two devices together should be done with a cross over cable. the xbox 360 is auto sensing so what type of cable it is doesn't matter. but i double your pc is auto sensing so it will matter there. im not sure what type of cable comes with the 360... so... id try this http://www.xboxlivetheguide.co.uk/X... do I set-up ICS Internet Connection Sharing? if you cant get it working after this im going to go home and ics my ****ing xbox
Yay I've done it at last. I didnt need to type the pppoe in, I redone some stuff on my pc's dial up connection and turned off one of my firewalls which doesnt like networks. and now i have life or shall i say live
