hi people i have confused myself!!! reading all the 2ltr 16v treads can someone say exactly wat i need? lookin at doin this conversion aimin for 200 bhp in my mk2. wat bottom end is best 9a bored to 2.1 or abf to 2.1? isnt there a prob with exhaust manifold on the abf? am i ryt the abf get longer throw? wat size pistons 85.5 piston with diesel crank pos 95.5? use standard steel rods lightened an balanced and custom piston? and set of fast road cams. using my kr head thats gasflowed p+p with stiffer valve springs? can someone tell me excactly wats wat is there a company that can help me? thanks matt
