When Claire had her R32 mk4 Golf, we spent a day up at Awesome GTI for a rolling road day, owners were given the option of running FWD or 4wd, there's issues with the Haldex apparently that even with the ESP off etc the car can run at reduced power on the rollers. So most ran in FWD, a fuse is removed for the Haldex and the car is in FWD mode. Anyway.... I put a few of the runs up on You Tube (this is over a year ago) and nearly every one has had some pillock comment that the cars on the video aren't real R32s "Get a real R32" - "Why is it ony FWD" "It's a GTI with a R32 kit" It seems that most of the comments are from the USA. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2hin5wgAfc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2hin5wgAfc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=goALjBTY310 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yne-1ESZS2E
What, no Props? Oh well, who cares what the Americans think. All the people that made those comments probably think the UK is near New Zealand and that we all have Tea and Biscuits with the Queen every week.
the youtube expert's comments are every bit as good as the videos themselves sometimes ill just see a video and post "fake!" just to see them all kick off
Most YouTube commenters rate on about the same scale as slugs, IMO. Although I've generally found it easier to have a sensible conversation with a slug.
