zx7r carbs re jetted now fuel pump is feeding to much fuel

    i have re jetted my carbs on my kr on zx7r carbs,
    does any body know if bigger jets will throw out the regulator on a bike fuel pump cos i have fuel ****ing out now since re jetted.

    does anyone know if a bike pump packs in would it over fuel

    I shouldn't think it would make a difference. Check the floats, they might have been damaged or not fitted correctly and causing it to constantly try and fill up the carbs..

    ive not touched the floats all i did was change the jets,it started befor i did that

    Have you reconnected everything back up properly. Sounds like you have the fuel feeding in though the breathers?

    all i did was take the bottom plate of and re jetted them and that was it, but do you think the pump could have packed up cos i dont know why its not slowing down when its full,insted the fuel comes out of the breathers.

    how do i check if the floats are doing there job?
