Err... yep, whoever told you that are thinking on the right lines. Install looks neat though.

Try and make up a bracket and mount it at the back on the bulkhead. Or try not to crash.

well i dont intend to crash, lol. im goin to move the pump back so its nearer the strut top and bring the regulator round and fix it to the strut top area i think, just to be safe;)

Are you still running on standard brakes! a upgrade might be a good idea if your planning more horsepower

You'd be surprised how far back they'll go if you catch em wrong !

Even good brakes dont work too well on damp grass.

Tight hillclimb, fast left, lift-of oversteer, hook o/s/r wheel into gully, flick car accross track at 70mph, and can you steer around the only tree in yr path on nice shiny grass... err, no !

Was all repaired in 5 days and back out winning the next weekend though.

Good luck with tomorro joey you will have to take lots of pics and let us know how it goes i keep thinking bout doing this just need to stumble upon the parts to get me going.
Once it is complete if you could possibly post your shopping list of goodies that would be great so i can start my own tick list of things to get with rough costs.

    Cheers and good luck
