I've stripped and built a few. The lever is roughly the same as an 020 but in reverse, it pushes down to engage rather than pull up. The lever and release bearing are the same as an 020. Is the oil level ok? I'm just thinking that the rod or release bearing maybe jamming.
Hi Mart, I took the end cap off and found the finger/lever that pushes on the release bearing had cracked where it slides on over the splines on the clutch lever. I've ordered a new finger, bearing, rod and end cap, hopefully that should sort it!
