Thanks for the diagram, looking at that ive capped the small nozzle on the tb. I haven't got a carbon can so I need to get one but stealth racing have said it just needs to be connected for the ecu

The air leak seems to be coming from the back of the block...

Yeah looks like valves in tyre might be loose. Ill have to get it submerged in a big tub of water to locate the leak!

so i think the boost pipes were a bit loose. After sorting them out, I think I've got minimal air laving the engine especially at around 1.5 bar of air through boost leak checker...

the car is really raspy now :S I think one of the gaskets is gone on the exhaust or when I took it off, it wasn't put back on correctly. will look into this over the weekend. Apart from that its passed its MOT, taxed and insured [:D]

Haha, yeah its tested my patience often enough.

Hopefully sorting this out will be the end of the engine issues and should make it run better

turns out it was loose manifold to turbo bolts, tightening them, far more responsive,

1st gear is really short, 2nd onwards and it keeps going, just need to sort the inside out, I have another puddle behind the drivers seat :(, I think this is down to the door not being correctly aligned.
