did i balls, i couldnt get it to budge from 1950. The guy at HIC told me 9/10 times the wouldnt insure a driver with my details. I have no NCP, lisence for 10months, only 19, I think it was among the best I could hope for, providing I have my own policy. It will be a struggle, but hopefully well worth it
