ABF + 020 2Y 'box - main crank seal?

Get them from fasttrackbearings on eBay.
As for 16v input shaft seals, either the above or any bearing supplier. I have a good few here if you need one.

 

My 16v is leaking from rear main crank seal, has done all season, but is getting worse.

Never done this before, so I'm completely clear, do I need to get all the parts above? I know ECP and/ or GSF are cheaper but been recommended to stick to genuine with race car.

Adam, in all honesty you don't need to buy main dealer on these. I've built quite a few championship boxes and all seals have come from 'good' eBay suppliers.
The flange/seal price is a joke. The seal is a fiver and you can re-use your own flange.

Gsf for the crank seal. Should get if off eBay with free postage too.
