ABF or VR6 in mk2 track car?

    I started reading the thread thinking the VR would be an easy winner, but by the end even I was thinking the a mk2 with a 16v ABF might be a fun starter track car!

    I wonder if anyones opinions have changed over the past two years and how did bluebus get along with the conversion? ... its like one of those novels that leaves you with loads of unanswered questions![8-}]

    Wonder what changed his mind... you can't really beat the sound of a howling VR though!

    Has the project really been going for that long? 2 years of hard work I hope its what he wants once its all finished!
