That would be for a BDE engine yes?

I do, however rubjonny has hosted most diagrams if you click in his signature.

Yup I have the BDE diagram, just note that it has an error there should be a ignition live feed to ecu pin 21 via the T6 brown plug pin 1. If you look at the BFH ecu diagram in my sig you'll see the missing wire in there :)

T14a pin 5 isnt used on this engine, its fuel injector power from the fuel pump relay for most/all 4 cylinder petrol engines. but on the BDE the injectors are fed from T14a/8 instead which is an ignition live feed

Worked it out t6 pin 5 supplies ignition supply to maf and lambda probes t6/6 I'm not needing as I've removed secondary air injection.

I don't think you can do that with VCDS, It's more advanced and normally requires sending the ECU away for recoding. I had to send mine away and they removed the rear lambdas, It runs fine without them.

Yes it is, I also had that coded out when I sent the ecu away along with ABS and a few other things that I removed to stop any Error codes. I ended up with a code free MK2 24v

I used C2 motorsports but plenty of people do it. I think it was 100 a few years ago & they will ask you want you want removed and you just tick the box. If they offer a remap, decline it as it will be a standard off the shelf map which is not really any good.
