2 experiences with them so far.

    N0.1

BAD - Ordered some stuff back in July for which they charge my credit card BEFORE despatch which is illegal! A week later stuff had not arrived and was told that one of the items I wanted was out of stock (so why the f*** did you charge me then!).

GOOD - I spoke to Jim (manager?) and he apologised, gave me an immediate refund and promised me a discount when the goods arrived.

    No.2

BAD - Stuff referred to above arrives in stock in October. I get a phone message asking if I still want it. Before I get a chance to reply the stuff arrives in the post and they charge 95 to my credit card!WTF!?

GOOD - Jim had not forgotten his previous promise and given me 20 worth of stuff free. I sent ALL of the stuff back and they refunded me the whole amount + postage promptly.

Doesn't exactly inspire confidence, does it?

Yup I'd agree with G40 AL. Although you have to bear in mind nobody gets it right all the time.

I've used them in person before and couldn't fault Jim's knowledge, friendlyness and help. I'd go back if i was in the area again.

I've had my Golf serviced by them, and they did a new clutch/oil seals for me earlier this year too. Fantastic service, not expensive compared to other garages I got quotes from and really friendly and helpful too!

I too am full of confidence with Awesome.Always take my motor there and get all my bits from there. You must have just been unlucky.People always praise Dubsport but I had a bad experience with them and would never go back. Its swings and roundabouts.I find Awesome more helpful, friendly and genuinely more interested than the other specialists.

The stuff I ordered took a while but you cant get it right all the
time... Good service is also about how well you sort out your
cock ups when they happen ;)
