jjarvis i have a few but there all on my home pc. thing is it just looked like a 'totally standard valver' so i didnt see the point uploading them
Know what you mean, its just interesting to see how it evolved! Number plate always throws me when you post a pic of how it used to be!
i wish i could have kept the plate on it when i bought it. SUB 333 was on a few cars in the monte carlo rallye....aston db5...few old porsche's etc but my mate said its a family thing and its worth about 20k so he took it with him
That would have been cool. My mate had a Corrado G60 years ago and was driving home when he saw an X reg cavalier for sale for 50, he bought it and drove it straight to the scrappys after sorting out the paper work. Reg was FAB 3X. He then managed to get hold of X3 FAB when the new X reg came out. As a pair they're worth a feckin fortune!
The rear bumper hang is because it had a big f**k off metal bar inside it to take a rack/towbar for my MX bike, its the bumper not that car, with the oak green bumper on it was spot on. Also the bumper slide NS was broken at the top so the bumper always needed pushing back in. It always nagged me that the repair was never 'perfect', and i always knew that it had been repaired which i suppose prompted me to sell it. I wouldnt do it again.
Some really lovely cars. Nice to see how people change their rides over time. Much respect redbaron Cheers, Jamie
Before (only 17s and clear inicator lenses added): After a few mods (suspension and grille): Now it's like this (still not finished):
Cheers GVK Only the best people have black wheels on a black MkII. (Or lazy ones, cos it means I don't have to clean them )
