Ive just bought the latest Hack version of vagcom it does everything im very impressed its not genuine and im prepared to get shot down but for me it it the best value for money, Bought it from Bulgaria it came in a few days and great communication from the seller its not cheap but worth it
After many years with an old Passat I used VCDS lite with a cheap ebay dongle and that was great. When I bought my Audi I used a hacked HEX-CAN version for a while 11.11, and it did everything I wanted, except when logging wouldn't run turbo to log at high speed. I bought a genuine lead second hand off Audi-Sport and the difference in speed is very noticeable. I can log real time measurements a lot quicker, and it will never go out of date as long as Ross Tech update the software. I post on Audi Sport a lot and Nige , NHN, is a very helpful guy. If you bought through him then I am sure he would look after you. Karl.
I have mine since 2002 and it is still going pretty strong and now on the latest 15.7 Software. A bit too slow for logging OE mapping work but great otherwise.
what one is it you have eddie i've had two clone ones both have worked fine though looking to upgrade to a genuine one at some point

Comes in nice plastic case with manual and CD Some others just sell the lead with links to manual and software to be downloads and printed off by yourself.
I have been in contact with a few suppliers over the past few days. I hope to have something more by the end of the week but will let you guys know to see if this is possible.
